We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. The HR Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and record management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and ensure all documentation is completed.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system.
- Coordinate employee training sessions and monitor progress.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring timely submission of attendance and leave records.
- Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive employee information.
Preferred Experience:
- 1+ years in an HR or administrative role.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems.
